At Arizona BBQ Outfitters, we make the BBQ grill ordering process clear and simple. This page explains everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, taxes, and warranty so you can purchase your American-made grill with confidence.

Ordering Process

You can start your order by using our Request a Quote form, calling us at 520-240-0974, or texting us at 520-540-7143 . You can also email us at sales@azbbqgrills.com. Please include your name, grill model, zip code, and contact information so we can prepare a quote. A 50% deposit is required to begin your build. Orders canceled within 5 business days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Information

We ship via LTL freight carriers to ensure your grill arrives safely. Each pit is secured on a heavy-duty pallet and delivered with liftgate service for residential orders. Taxes on Arizona BBQ Grills

All sales delivered within Arizona are subject to state and local sales tax. If you reside outside of Arizona and your grill is shipped to your location, sales tax does not apply. However, if you pick up your grill in person at our facility, Arizona sales tax will be charged. If you have questions about your tax rate, please contact us directly at 520-240-0974.

Warranty Coverage

Every Arizona BBQ Outfitters grill is backed by a strong warranty. The cooking body is covered for the lifetime of the product under normal residential use. Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship, though it does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by natural elements. If a part is defective, we will provide a replacement. Customers should always inspect grills upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.
